We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Systems Specialist to support and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) module within SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will manage system configurations, drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and provide technical and functional support to HR and L&D stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to help reshape our HR objectives and enhance employee engagement, aligned with our mission to be the Most Trusted and Sustainable Partner in the Sky.

This role is remote-first, with expected travel.

How You'll Contribute
  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Learning module, including catalogues, items, curricula, programs, certifications, and user records
  • Serve as the SME for all SuccessFactors Learning functionality and integrations
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Learning module
  • Manage LMS security roles and user access per organizational policies
  • Develop reports and dashboards for compliance, usage, and performance analytics
  • Assist with content uploads (SCORM, AICC) and testing
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
  • Support integration with other systems (HRIS, SSO, vendors)
  • Participate in UAT and training for new features or changes
  • Ensure data accuracy through audits and validations
  • Document processes, changes, and user guides
What You'll Bring
Essential
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Learning
  • Solid understanding of LMS concepts, e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC), and system administration
  • Experience with reporting tools (Ad Hoc, ORD, People Analytics)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification
  • Experience with integrating Learning with other SuccessFactors modules
  • Knowledge of LXPs or content aggregators
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
