Responsibilities

Assists skilled trade workers with major tasks and helps with repair processes to complete projects on time and cost-effectively.
Coordinate installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and appliances to ensure a safe environment.
Manage availability of equipment and supplies for frequent repairs and maintenance to address work orders.
Perform general maintenance and minor repairs with hand tools to maintain facility appearance and safety.
Direct and monitor the work of employees on the job site to ensure completeness and safety.
