Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area; or 6 years' experience in related area.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; document maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise Technicians on job sites; determine scopes of work for projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; manage parts inventory and work orders.
