Qualifications

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English.
• Ability to understand written job assignments.
• Minimum of two years working experience as a laborer.
• Minimum of two years working experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of computers (email, Word, Excel, browsing the internet).
• 1-3 years work as a laborer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of the labor crews.
• Ensure new and existing staff receive proper training.
• Create daily work schedules and work assignments.
• Review and confirm work performed at various stages and upon completion.
• Maintain various work records and prepare written reports.
• Work closely with various departments and campus organizations to provide special event support.
• Lock/unlock various campus buildings.
