Job summary

Katy Independent School District seeks a Facilitator I - Program Secondary ESL to lead coordination and delivery of ESL services, ensuring content is accessible for EB students.

You will train teachers, analyze ESL data, and align instruction with Title III objectives across campuses, with travel to multiple sites and a stipend under the I01 pay grade.

Immediate start; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to support EB populations and district goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred and teaching credentials.
• Texas teaching certificate or license required.
• ESL certification required.
• Ability to analyze data for EB students.
• Experience with curriculum development and CBLI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and delivery of ESL services for staff and students.
• Provide training to ensure EB content is accessible and understandable.
• Analyze ESL data to improve EB student performance and reporting.
• Support Title III objectives and extended program activities.
• Collaborate with Instructional Officers and Campus staff.
