The Fab Paint Line Loader will lead the operation of the paint line, perform setup, run equipment, maintain supplies, conduct quality checks, and train team members while ensuring safety and productivity on a fast-paced shop floor.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the Fab Paint Line and perform operator maintenance tasks.
• Operate equipment to produce painted parts.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for daily paint line operations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
