Eaton is seeking a FAB Paint Line Loader for the Arden, NC facility on the 2nd shift. The role supports the paint line operation, performs operator maintenance, and collaborates with line staff to achieve daily goals.

The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to work without relocation benefits; candidates within 50 miles of Arden are preferred. Pay starts at $19.50/hour with potential for experience-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the paint line by performing operator maintenance tasks and collaborating with paint line personnel to achieve daily goals.
• Perform initial set-up for machine operation.
• Operate equipment to produce painted parts.
• Maintain inventory of supplies necessary to perform daily operations of paint line.
• Perform quality checks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform necessary operator maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily.
• Flex to perform other responsibilities when needed.
