Job summary

FilterEasy, LLC in Wilson, NC is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to own the extrusion and stamping line, set up equipment, monitor production, and maintain output quality.

This role leads daily production activities, trains secondary operators, and collaborates with maintenance to implement improvements while following safety and 5S standards. The position supports the growing plastics extrusion area with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in industrial technology or related field preferred.
• OSHA or relevant safety certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years operating plastics extrusion, injection molding, or comparable manufacturing equipment.
• Prior experience as a lead operator on a production line strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and ramp-up of extrusion and stamping line.
• Configure and set up equipment to meet production requirements.
• Monitor line performance and adjust to maintain quality and throughput.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
