Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Lead associate in Rocky Mount, VA to supervise the line, read production schedules, and coordinate tasks for timely, quality output.

You will establish priorities, assign work, and support the team while maintaining safety and quality. Experience with warehouse processes, basic Excel/Word, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Walks/Stands/Climbs for 12 hours.
• Strong computer knowledge excel and word.
• Frequently lifts 0-10 lbs. Occasionally lifts 10-50 lbs.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the line and read production schedules, customer orders, work orders or requisitions to determine items to be gathered and distributed.
• Establish priorities, provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate and support the team.
• Complete daily logs and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Wear appropriate PPE and maintain warehouse knowledge.
• Take directions and work without supervision in a fast-paced setting.
