Job summary

Amcor is seeking an experienced extrusion operator in Batavia, IL to lead line operations on Blown Film or Coater lines. You will manage changeovers, start-ups, running and shutdowns while prioritizing safety, quality, and compliance with customer specs.

You will train the extrusion assistant, coordinate with team members, and follow 5S and World Class Manufacturing practices to reduce downtime and improve performance across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead extrusion line operations including changeovers and start-up.

• Train extrusion assistant to required levels.
• Follow 5S and World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
