Job summary

Nelson Exteriors is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee exterior renovations—from siding to decks—on multiple projects in the Atlanta area. You will manage crews, budgets, and timelines, maintaining clear homeowner communication and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on exterior renovation experience.
• Strong knowledge of exterior products and their application.
• Leadership mindset with ownership of projects, crews, and results.
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners and crews.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of each assigned project from material ordering to final walkthrough.
• Oversee daily on-site progress across multiple active projects in Metro Atlanta.
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors to meet quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners and set expectations.
• Track costs, manage change orders, and enforce safety on every job site.
