Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with municipal permitting in Metro Atlanta is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire pre-construction pipeline.
• Provide scope, photos, measurements, and specifications to drafting firms.
• Manage multiple projects, track their status, and communicate proactively.

Skills
