Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Exterior Framer Foreman for their commercial projects in the Town of Florida, NY. The ideal candidate will provide management oversight for commercial construction, ensuring adherence to specifications and schedules. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in exterior metal framing and the ability to manage various subcontractors. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in laying out, installation, and supervision of exterior metal framing.
• Extensive knowledge of metal framing.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction projects.

• Work with little or no supervision while managing sub-contractors.
• Hands-on participation in moving materials as needed.

You must also be hands-on as you will be required to help punch out, move materials, etc. on an as-needed basis.

Job description: To provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction or renovation projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing different groups of sub-contractors.
