Job summary

Lotspeich Company of Florida Inc. is seeking an Exterior Framer Foreman for commercial projects in the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach area.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in exterior metal framing and the supervision of commercial builds. The role requires hands‑on oversight, coordinating crews, materials and equipment, ensuring specifications are followed and work remains on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of exterior metal framing experience in commercial projects.
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating framing scope on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction or renovation projects, including coordinating workers, materials and equipment.
• Ensure specifications are followed and work progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Work with subcontractors and other trades with minimal supervision.

You must also be hands‑on as you will be required to help punch out, move materials, etc. on an as‑needed basis.

Job description: To provide management oversight for all phases of commercial construction or renovation projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Must be able to work with little or no supervision while managing different groups of sub‑contractors.
