Job summary
Morins Exteriors in Proctor, Minnesota seeks a Lead Window, Door & Siding Installer to supervise residential exterior projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on replacement windows, exterior doors, and siding installation while guiding a small crew on site.
You will ensure workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction by coordinating daily tasks, solving field issues, and maintaining Morins' standards from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of hands-on experience with residential exterior work.
- Strong knowledge of window/door installation, siding, sealing, and weatherproofing.
- Experience leading a small crew and coordinating field activities.
- Commitment to safe work practices and craftsmanship.
- Proficient in measuring, layout, and material coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform removal and installation of replacement windows and exterior doors.
- Ensure installations are square, level, plumb, and weatherproofed.
- Direct installation of steel/vinyl siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters.
- Inspect conditions and address framing, rot, moisture and related issues.
- Plan layouts, measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately.
- Coordinate daily crew activities and maintain project momentum.
- Coach installers, enforce safety, and ensure quality standards.
