Morins Exteriors in Proctor, MN is hiring an Exterior Siding & Gutter Installer / Carpenter to join our field team. This full-time role focuses on installing seamless steel siding, gutter systems, windows, trim, and exterior finishing materials on residential projects.

You'll work with a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to Morins' standards for durability, appearance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry/siding/gutter/exterior installation or related construction experience.
Strong measuring, layout, siding, trim, and installation skills.
Willing to learn JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce; training provided.
Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

Install seamless steel siding, windows, gutter systems, trim, and exterior finishing materials.
Remove and replace existing siding, weatherproofing, and related exterior materials.
Operate metal trim brakes at intermediate to advanced skill level.
Measure, cut, fit, and install materials per project requirements.
Use tools safely (tin snips, hand brakes, ladders, planks, pump jacks).
Keep job sites clean, safe, organized, and professional.
Collaborate with crew to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
Communicate respectfully with customers and teammates.
Document work, time, and job details using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
