Role Summary

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician Lead and future supervisor, you’ll work outdoors with a team completing window cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building teams, physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow into operation management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising work teams
• Meet performance goals daily, weekly and monthly
• Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, etc.)
• Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
• Communicate with customers on-site and by phone

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and handle ladders up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in holiday lighting, window cleaning, pressure washing, etc...
• Sales or supervisory experience
• Experience working in team-based environments
• Experience working on ladders

Schedule / Location

• Full-time (32+ hours/week)
• Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season)
• Day shifts
• Overtime available
• Local routes (home base + service area)
