You will partner with product, engineering and supply chain teams to classify technologies and ensure transactions comply with ITAR and EAR while supporting risk-mitigated exports.

Reporting to the J&C Team, this hybrid role emphasizes developing policies, tooling and training, investigating issues, and communicating regulatory

• Engineering/technical background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of export classification policies, procedures, tools, training and guidance.
• Provide guidance to business units on complex export compliance matters, focusing on classification issues.
• Advise management on export compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
• Lead investigations of potential export violations and implement corrective actions.
• Assess classification accuracy and program health across the Jurisdiction and Classification Program.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
