You will lead exploration programs, supervise staff, and mentor junior geologists while coordinating with senior management on target generation and resource opportunities. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with contractors and local stakeholders, with field-based duties and regular travel to Blue Moon Metals tenements across Nevada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Geology or related tertiary qualification.
• Masters of Science in Mineral Exploration is desirable.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Broad and varied experience in the geological field, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Advanced use of various company & departmental systems.
• Computer skills and proficiency with geological/reporting software.

Responsibilities
