Turner Staffing Group is seeking a Project Geologist in Elko, NV to plan and execute drilling programs for resource growth. The role involves managing geological data, coordinating field teams, and ensuring data quality in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in mineral exploration, expertise in geological modeling software, and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive compensation with an 8 days on/6 days off schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mineral exploration or mine geology.
• Experience in underground mining operations.
• Strong understanding of geological logging, sampling, and QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead surface and underground drilling programs from planning through execution.
• Ensure accurate geological logging, sampling, and data collection for drill programs.
• Supervise and coordinate drilling contractors and field teams.
