Turner Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Senior Geologist in Arizona to provide technical leadership for geological programs supporting exploration, resource evaluation, and mine development. The role entails leading core logging, interpretation, modeling, and data management while collaborating with engineering, metallurgical, and environmental teams.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of mineral exploration or mine geology experience, hands-on drilling oversight, GIS

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in mineral exploration, mine geology, or related field.
• Experience supporting and overseeing drilling programs and geological modeling.
• Experience with GIS, 3D interpretation, and geological data systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote health, safety, and environmental practices across geological activities.
• Lead drill core logging, sampling, and geological interpretation.
• Mentor junior geologists, technicians, and contract personnel.
