You will translate complex banking processes into intuitive, accessible experiences, partnering with designers, product managers, and developers to shape product strategy and ensure consistent UX across channels. You will lead user research, prototype at multiple fidelity levels, and advocate for users while aligning with business goals.

Formación

• Strong online portfolio showing end-to-end digital design
• Experience with Figma suite and UX/UI for Agile teams
• Financial industry knowledge desired but not required

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end experience for an established product
• Define problems, map user flows, and prototype interactions
• Improve design system for consistent UX across touchpoints
• Conduct user interviews, research, and analysis
• Use data to inform design decisions
• Facilitate brainstorming and design sessions internally and externally
• Evolve prototypes from low to high fidelity
• Collaborate with UX research, content and accessibility experts
• Communicate design strategy to stakeholders
• Work with front-end developers and product managers to implement UI
