Sodexo Corporate Services in Boston, MA is seeking a Commissary Executive Chef 2 to lead a high-volume operation supporting 4-5 client locations with grab-and-go and catered meals. You will manage daily kitchen operations, partner with the GM on food and labor costs, and spend 70-75% of your time cooking, coaching and leading a team of 6.

Take on a leadership role to standardize operations, develop your team and craft innovative menus for diverse client needs.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years management experience.
• 1–3 years related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily kitchen operations, including ordering, food quality and production.
• Partner with the GM on food and labor costs.
• Spend 70–75% of time cooking, coaching, and leading a team of 6.
