Nabholz is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee on-site production. You will direct craftsmen and subcontractors, ensure quality management, and maintain schedules.

You will supervise crews, enforce safety plans, and liaise with owners, design teams, and project management to meet project goals. The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, 5+ years of commercial construction supervision, and proficiency in scheduling and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and crews.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety plans and Nabholz/OSHA policies.
• Plan, lead, and supervise crews, determine methods and schedules.
• Coordinate crafts and subcontractors with the project team.
• Maintain liaison with Owner, Design Team, and Project Manager.
• Lead meetings and drive construction schedules with subs.
• Report manpower, safety, progress, and delivery data.
• Document field conditions and progress accurately.
