Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks an Electronic Warfare Engineer to support the USAFWC Angry Kitten Electronic Attack Pod reprogramming and related test/training activities at Nellis AFB, NV.

You will develop, integrate, test, and deliver realistic training environments, analyze data, and provide AAR inputs to assess EW and EP effectiveness while coordinating with engineering and operations to advise leadership on technical approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience on an engineering team.
• Experience with RF spectrum, radar, and EW systems.
• Ability to analyze data, assess performance, and generate report-quality data.
• Capable of working in a dynamic environment and distilling key facts for leadership.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, operations and management.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, test, and deliver EW mission data for Angry Kitten pods.
• Analyze data from EW source and victim systems to refine techniques.
• Support creation of training materials and mission planning docs.
• Deliver AAR inputs to test audiences and assess EW/EP effectiveness.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain alignment with objectives.
