Job summary

Clement Manor is seeking a Lead Environmental Service Aide to guide the environmental services team and ensure a clean, comfortable home for residents. You will mentor staff, prepare rooms for new residents, and help maintain inviting common areas.

You will train teammates, support laundry duties, and work with the Support Services Director to keep daily operations running smoothly while flexibly addressing staffing and resident needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental services or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor staff.
• Strong attention to detail and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, train, mentor, and coach Environmental Services team members.
• Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas; prepare rooms for new residents.
• Perform routine, discharge, and isolation-cleaning as needed.
• Serve as primary backup for in-house laundry services and assist with resident clothing.
• Collaborate with Support Services Director to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Be flexible and ready to jump in based on staffing and resident needs.
