Good Boy Roofing & Siding in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Events Manager to develop, lead, and manage an Event Department and a team of Demonstrators promoting our home improvement brand at shows and events across Pennsylvania.

You will book weekend shows, recruit and train staff, coordinate schedules, drive lead generation, and report on productivity, labor, and budget while ensuring high-quality booths and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Team management and leadership experience.
• Customer service or B2C marketing experience.
• Recruiting and hiring experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Able to stand for extended periods at events.
• Basic computer literacy for admin/reporting.
• Willing to work every weekend.
• Not a remote job; reside within commuting distance of Langhorne, PA.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends within your territory.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the Events Demonstrators team.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed after events.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules for events and team.
• Weekly reporting on productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and achieve goals for each event, week, and month.
• Maintain regular communication with supervision and other departments.
