Good Boy Roofing & Siding is seeking an Events Manager to build and lead a team of Demonstrators promoting our home improvement brand at shows across Pennsylvania. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, book venues, coordinate schedules, and report on event performance.

The role requires weekend work and is based near Langhorne, PA, with a base weekly salary plus performance bonuses for event-driven sales results.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading a field promotional team.
• Experience in customer-facing marketing or B2C.
• Ability to recruit, train and manage staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel within PA.

Responsabilidades

• Find and book shows and events in the territory to demonstrate in.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the event team.
• Ensure booths are set up attractively and dismantled after events.
• Coordinate schedules for events and team; report productivity and budget.
