Job summary

Good Boy Roofing & Siding in Langhorne, PA is seeking an Events Manager to develop, manage, and lead an Event Department and a team of Demonstrators in promoting our home improvement brand at shows and events throughout Pennsylvania. You and your team will generate new prospects by engaging attendees, scheduling appointments, and driving sales at promotional booths at area events, fairs, and festivals.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership and mentoring experience.
• Experience in customer-facing marketing or sales.
• Proficient in recruiting and hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stand for long periods at events.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting.
• Willingness to work every weekend.
• Must live within commutable distance to Langhorne, PA.

Responsibilities

• Find and book shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in.
• Engage event patrons at booths to generate leads and schedule appointments that generate sales.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up beautifully and removed after each show or event.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for events and team.
• Weekly, maintain, track, and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved.
• Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments.
