Job summary

Good Boy Roofing & Siding in Langhorne, PA seeks an Events Manager to lead an Events Department and a team of Demonstrators, promoting our home improvement brand at shows and events in PA. You will book weekend events, engage attendees, and drive lead generation and sales in person.

You will recruit and train a team, coordinate schedules, and manage budgets and reporting for the department. Must be ready to work weekends and live within commuting distance to Langhorne.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Find and book shows and events for weekends within territory.
• Engage event patrons to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are set up and removed.
• Plan schedules for events and team.
• Maintain and report productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly.
• Set and track goals for events, weeks, and months.
• Communicate with supervision and other departments.
