Job summary

Product Connections is hiring a Lead Event Specialist to coordinate in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club. You will engage customers, provide samples, support event operations, and act as the in-store resource for team members.

No prior demonstration experience is required; we provide training. This part-time role offers growth opportunities, a fun retail environment, and weekly direct deposit pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
