Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Event Specialist to manage in-store product demonstrations inside Sam's Club. You will engage customers, share product benefits, and support event operations while serving as a local point of contact when supervisors are unavailable.

No prior demonstration experience is required; training is provided. This part-time role offers flexibility, weekly pay, and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.

• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
