Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a Lead Event Specialist to run in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will engage customers, present product features, and support event operations while serving as a resource for team members.

No prior demo experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with part-time scheduling and opportunities for leadership development within a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
