Product Connections is hiring a Lead Event Specialist to perform in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will interact with customers, provide samples, support event operations, and act as a resource for teammates.

This part-time role emphasizes leadership development, flexible scheduling, and a fun retail environment with weekly pay and benefits available. Training is provided, no prior demo experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
