Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dedham, MA to lead large-scale event projects from design through closing. You will coordinate technical requirements, schedules, and resources, while ensuring profitable execution and adherence to standards.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Project Management teams and oversight of Associate Project Managers on multi-PM events.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry; Project Management experience preferred.
• 1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Technical Background.
• Strong Client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with budgets and cost control.
• Operational logistics experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Event Project Management: prepare and communicate technical production & labor schedules, resources, scope and responsibilities; secure resources; maintain client-facing documentation; monitor scope; assist with equipment needs and solutions; review sales docs; mentor Associate Project Managers.
