Job summary

Encore Global in Houston is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end event delivery, from design through post-event close. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and on-site execution, coordinating with Sales and Operations to meet client needs.

You will lead Associate Project Managers on multi-PM events, ensuring compliance with Technical and Production Standards and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in technical PM or related staging/broadcast industry.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event delivery from design to post-event close.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• On-site execution and client liaison to meet expectations.
