Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee a complete small event or part of a larger project, coordinating with the Project Manager and on-site teams to ensure successful delivery. You will monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to technical and production standards across all stages of the event.

The role emphasizes planning, equipment coordination, client communication, and maintaining Encore standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of audio-visual or related technical knowledge preferred.
• 1+ years of on-site crew experience.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and deploying a detailed work plan for a portion of an event or small project.
• Review equipment and labor requirements and coordinate with the PM team.
• Analyze and manage project risk to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise technical aspects and provide troubleshooting during setup, operation, and dismantle.
