Job summary

Encore Global is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will guide the technical team to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction, and participate in venue administration for onsite operations and career development.

You will train technicians on floor activities andEncore’s service standards, mentor new hires, and oversee equipment setup, operation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Direct workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated for events.
• Provide excellent service and uphold Encore’s standards with clients.
• Train technicians on floor activities and service standards.
• Setup, operation and breakdown of AV equipment and security of gear.
