Job summary

Encore Global seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a strong focus on customer service, staff development and operational efficiency at our venue locations.

You'll directly manage the technical team, ensure equipment is properly set up, maintained and secured, and participate in venue meetings to align on event requirements and safety standards. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years in hospitality or events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and required training certifications per program.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and coordinate event setup and teardown.
• Direct technicians’ workflow and suggest operational improvements.
• Train technicians on standards and serve as a mentor to new hires.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot intermediate AV equipment.
• Ensure security, safety, and compliance with company policies.
