Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Hospitality or related field.
• Three years leadership/supervisory experience in event management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of on-site events ensuring standards from start to finish.
• Direct, coordinate, and supervise part-time event staff.
• Oversee staff training, discipline, and performance.
• Plan and schedule personnel for event setup, operations, and teardown.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facility spaces during events.
• Coordinate with promoters, renters, and vendors to meet venue needs.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with maintenance for facility work orders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
