Qualifikationen

• Experience in event management or catering; training available.
• Proven history of leading and coordinating a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of food sensitivities and allergies.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Manage a team of servers and bartenders, assign tasks, monitor efficiency, and report issues.
• Read Banquet Event Orders, timelines and floor plans to execute events as planned.
• Communicate with the culinary team about changes and timelines.
• Uphold CRAVE Catering's service standards and model exemplary service.
• Fulfill client requests and resolve customer complaints.
• Set up and tear down of food stations and displays.
• Engage guests with enthusiastic communication and warm service.
• Support the team to maintain a positive atmosphere and smooth service.
