Bon Appétit Management Company at Target Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN is seeking on-call Catering Attendants to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the catering captain's supervision. This role involves setting up events, maintaining food safety, and ensuring courteous service to guests; on-call hours vary with event schedule; pay ranges from $20.50 to $21.00 per hour.

Candidates should have catering or serving experience and be able to obtain required permits where state law

Qualifications

• Previous serving or catering experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet tables with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean, and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
