Job summary

Constellation Culinary Events in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time Service & Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations for large-scale events. You will train and support our service team, partner with event producers, and ensure exceptional hospitality for clients and guests.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in hospitality or catering, strong leadership, and are comfortable with travel across the region. Reports to the Director of Hospitality; dynamic guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality, banquet, or operations management experience.
• Exceptional hospitality instincts with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, to support events.
• Experience in event execution and on-site management; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement service models for venues and events.
• Partner with Event Producers on walk-throughs and event planning.
• Serve as regional expert for event execution, reviewing menus, staffing, and layouts.
• Lead event captains, create service assignments, and execute large-scale events.
• Oversee setup/breakdown, ensure accuracy and standards, monitor KPIs.
