Job summary

HSAGP ENERGY is seeking a Maintenance Technician for formation in Kingston, GA. The role involves maintaining and repairing equipment for EV battery manufacturing, including diagnostics, lubrication, and notching, with a focus on keeping lines up and running.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate with supervisors and operators, and uphold safety and quality standards through proactive maintenance and detailed record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CMRT or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in LEAN, SPC or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Experience with MES or G-EMS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose problems with machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Lead line changeovers, verify function and quality before production.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Record maintenance activities and maintain accurate histories.
