Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read safety labels and manuals.

• Basic understanding of electrical safety and battery handling.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness for night shift or rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate discharge equipment and monitor electrical parameters.
• Ensure cells discharge to target thresholds before handling.
• Follow PPE protocols and safety procedures at all times.
• Log discharge data: cell IDs, voltage, time, equipment used.
• Report hazardous conditions and participate in ERT drills.
• Assist in waste handling, labeling, and off-site disposal prep.
• Coordinate with QA, safety, and maintenance teams for continuous improvement.
