Glydways is seeking a Lead Technician for in‑person work in Atlanta, GA, with an initial 4‑6 week training in Richmond, CA. You will lead technicians, troubleshoot hardware, and coordinate daily activities across engineering teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution.

The role requires hands‑on hardware skills, ability to interpret wiring and schematics, and strong documentation. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to lead, coordinate, and provide technical direction to technicians.
• Review completed work for quality, accuracy and conformance to drawings and procedures.
• Prioritize work, assign tasks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong communication with engineering and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day technical activities of technicians supporting test platforms and hardware.
• Coordinate workloads, priorities, and track tasks through completion.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance and mentorship to technicians.
• Serve as primary contact between technicians and engineering for execution and escalation.
• Support and maintain configuration control of test platforms.
