Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required.
• 7+ years of on-site construction and estimating experience in retail, hotel, theme parks, or related projects.
• 10+ years in resort/entertainment construction with show/ride estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates on project estimates and reviews evolving design documents to ensure on-budget performance.
• Assists project team with contractor and vendor change orders and negotiations.
• Develops RFP cost breakdowns, bid alternates, and performs post-bid cost analysis.
