Qualifications

• 7 years of pre-construction and/or operations experience on commercial construction projects.
• Knowledgeable in civil/site construction, foundation and structural systems, interior finishes.
• Familiarity with construction details about miscellaneous metals, casework, and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, estimates and pre-bid packages for construction projects.
• Work with the project management team to establish a bidders list.
• Review project plans and specifications for constructability and value engineering.
