Job summary

THE TEAM is seeking a Lead Estimator for the Solutions Group to oversee the estimation process from concept through bids. You will read architectural plans, interpret renderings, prepare accurate signage estimates, and assign new submission board requests to balance project bandwidth.

The role requires strong knowledge of large-format printing, sign construction, and ERP tools, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely bids.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Experience with sign production processes and cost estimation advantageous.
• Proven ability to interpret architectural renderings and drawings for costing.

Responsibilities

• Review takeoffs from architectural/concept drawings to determine material and labor costs.
• Oversee manufacturing and installation estimates and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, design, production to gather costs.
• Source and manage vendors/subcontractors, including onboarding and system setup.
• Act as primary contact for Execution team when estimating resources are needed.
