Trifecta Services Company is a leading demolition and environmental remediation contractor actively expanding in the Carolinas and Georgia. The Estimator / Project Manager will lead projects from bid through closeout, coordinating with clients, operations, field personnel, and subcontractors to deliver safe, profitable work.

The role emphasizes managing costs, schedules, and quality while promoting a safety-first culture and building long-term client relationships.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of estimating, project management, or related experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or construction.
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Attend bid walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to gather project information.
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate estimates.
• Prepare labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material pricing.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and responses to RFPs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, GC’s, engineers, and partners.
• Identify negotiated work opportunities and strategic partnerships.
